When I called Addison Smith yesterday to check on a deceased client’s home I have listed for sale, I spoke with Joyce Thornburg. Joyce went beyond the normal scope of providing the information I needed and was so courteous and friendly. Addison Smith is fortunate to have this lady representing the company. The person who answers the phone is the first impression of a company’s service .

I was desperately in need of a water heater install. Had no hot water because my tank was leaking and I had drained the tank. After calling around to 3-4 plumbing contractors, I was getting wait times anywhere from 3 to 10 days. I called Addison Smith and their plumber called me back within a minute or two. He gave me an estimate and my new water heater was installed the same afternoon. Can't beat that for turnaround time.
I spent two days trying to get a call back to replace my hot water heater, and Addison Smith booked me immediately, and they sent an excellent technician named Cody. Cody was polite, efficient and careful , and I highly recommend his work! Elmira Barrow
