If I could give a thousand star rating, this pet clinic deserves it. Words can not express how I feel and at this point I feel like the staff and I are family : ) I called this past Saturday for my dog Leo to come in with no appointment in an emergency situation. From the moment I walked in, I was met with care, kindness, and professionalism. I was so nervous, and my hands were shaking I couldn't even fill the form out. The nice ladies at the front desk step in and did that for me. The vet, and vet tech (I'm assuming) we're kind and knowledgeable. Words can not express how amazing the staff were to us. I can't say enough good things about Hamilton Mill Animal Hospital. The care my dog receives is exceptional every single time. The front staff are consistently warm and accommodating, making every visit smooth and stress-free. The doctors are not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate, always going above and beyond to ensure my pet's well-being. It's clear that they truly care about their patients and their families. I am incredibly grateful for their dedication and expertise. Highly recommend!
I recently had my 2 dogs come in for some vaccines. One of my doggos can be difficult when it comes to vet visits but they went very slow with him and it turned out to be a successful visit. The entire staff and Dr. Williams were very attentive to my concerns!
