My family has been extremely pleased with the service of Buchan heating and air! They were recommended by a great realtor friend of mine and they have lived up to and exceeded all expectations.

We purchased a new heat pump system at a very reasonable price. They service the unit a couple of times a year. On the most recent visit the service technician heard an unusual sound coming from the fan motor bearings and they repaired it under warranty. We were very very thankful for their professionalism and service. I would not hesitate to recommend the Buchan team!

Called at 10:00am for inoperative heat pump. My unit was serviced the same day at a fair price. In addition, the tech (Heath) was very helpful in answering several questions I had about my units. Overall: excellent service; highly recommend.

Highly Recommend - Called at 9:30, tech had called back within 30 minutes that he could be at my house within 20 minutes. Found the problem - showed me the price of the 12 dollar part (so I didn't get jipped), plus the service call and I had heat again! Very pleasant from the first phone call to schedule the appointment to the resolution.
