Zone's pricing is competitive and reasonable. Their team is extremely responsive, responsible, and knowledgeable. It starts with the voice on the phone, Diane, and extends to the technical representatives. The latest rep, Zach, was professional, punctual, readily answered my questions, and was respectful of our property. He seemed to truly enjoy his job and offered insightful pest control information. Zone has consistently delivered exceptional service in the 20+ years we've hired them.

We are clients of Zone Home Solutions because of Jason DeSantis. From the first time we met we were so impressed with him. He is direct, honest, so knowledgeable and always does what he says he is going to do. One of the best decisions we ever made was purchase a heat pump several years ago because of him. If there is anyone in Atlanta more knowledgeable we would like to meet them. We are comfortable knowing that he and his staff stay current and knowledgeable in HVAC practices. He really looks out for his clients.

Ive used Zone for the past 5 years. I recently moved to Brookhaven. I now have Chris LaBoy is my new technician. He went above and beyond at my new house. My family is so lucky to have Chris as our technician. Zone is the BEST!!!! I also use Zone for HVAC. Company is A++++++++++++ Also, I use them for HVAC SERVICE. JASON DeSantis connected my thermostat and serviced my HVAC. GREAT COMPANY
