I just finished my third gig with Soltech and I have nothing but good things to say about them, how they treat vendors, contractors, and employees, and also their excellent accounting practices. SOLTECH has been the best place I've worked, hands down. I've been with them for a year now and am impressed with all aspects of the organization. The leadership is involved and energetic. I'm provided plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies and improve my skills. All while applying cutting edge technology for our clients. SOLTECH has it covered all the way down to the onboarding process. As a software engineer, onboarding can be a time consuming task but here we have a well planned process to get us in the game quickly where we shine the most!
