THIS review is long overdue! I've been with Kong Tax Services since 2007 specifically with Joyce. I was starting a new business back in 2006, and I was looking for someone to help me with differenct things including taxes and so on.WELL, fast foward 16 years later, two grown children, new career, moved away to a different state, and I am STILL with this accounting firm. Joyce has done our tax for the past three years. She is very professional, attentive, prompt, and helpful. Every time after finishing our tax form, she would patiently explain all the necessary adjustments she applied in our forms. We always recommend Kong Tax Service to anyone who is looking for a reliable accountant.
