After calling about 15 different locksmiths who were all not willing to give me a price over the phone until I called Hamza. He gave me a good price, was very polite and kind during his visit. Was prompt on his timing and did not try to upset me or scam me. The price he told me on the phone was what I was told to pay when he was done with the work. My only wish is that we had more humans like Hamza in this world. Thank you again my friend!!!

UPDATE/EDIT: After an uncomfortable text exchange with an associate; the owner called and apologized, explained the services we received and offered a partial refund. We consider issue resolved.ORIGINAL ISSUE: I had them change locks in February 2022. We wrote them a check in February of 2022 and they cashed in January of 2023. I'm not upset I had to pay for the service. But I'm ticked they held my check for 11 months without so much as a courtesy call.
