I had such a great experience with Average Joe! The screen on my MacBook broke and would no longer display anything. I first contacted another repair place in Athens that is part of a chain, and they said it would be $428 for a refurbished (used) screen and it would take 2-3 weeks to do the repair. I then contacted Average Joe online, and within an hour they let me know that they had a new screen in stock for $499 in the rose gold that matches my MacBook and they could do the repair same day. I dropped it off that afternoon, and it was ready for pickup 2 hours later. So whereas the other place would have taken 2-3 weeks, Average Joe took 2 hours. It now works great and... read full review
Just got my phone fixed after dropping a couch on it! Not even 15 mins and he had my phone back in my hand! Iv had some bad experiences with other repair shops Average Joe is top notch!
I just had the most wonderful experience with Average Joe Repair!! After breaking my iPhone screen this morning, I called and they were able to help me out within just a few hours. I met Joe at a local coffee shop and he replaced the screen within 15 minutes while explaining everything he was doing! I learned new things about technology and enjoyed chatting with Joe during the process. Very friendly, quick, and thorough service. I would definitely recommend!!
