We have been part of their service program and used them several times. When the time came to replace our 20-year old unit, we found them to be professional and prompt in assessing the issue, recommending the best solution and providing the agreement. Over and above that, we received early scheduling. At delivery the crew was on time and ready to work. They worked straight through with a short lunch and were done in the early afternoon. Great job all around. Would easily recommend them.

I called at 1:15am after a 100 degree day with no air for 2 days. The answering service took my name and address and they promptly called at 8:00am. My technician named Keith was professional, knowledgeable and very nice as well as humorous! I HIGHLY recommend this business. Prices were reasonable as well. Thank you Parker's!
