I got locked out of my car today & I gave them a call explaining what happened & they were super understanding to the point where they even made a price adjustment for me. The service was Super fast & sufficient. Alex ( locksmith) was supper friendly and helpful. The service was also very affordable 10/10 recommend. Thank you again ??
The locksmith arrived at my home quickly when we got locked out of our house when our garage door opener failed. The locksmith was able to pick the lock in a little over 10 minutes and do the job quickly. I was concerned with the price and the owner called me to talk through it to explain the details. He was kind enough to offer a discount in light of the situation being locked out with my wife and kids after just returning to town. He explained the pricing to me and I was okay with the charge after his explanation. However, he insisted on providing me with a discount.
I only have praise for the service I received for cutting and programming my vehicle keys. Reuben responded to my call and I was mobile within minutes for which I am very grateful. I will most definitely recommend him for a job well done ! Thanks Reuben !
