This place is far bigger and much nicer than it appears from the roadside. It's fully equipped with everything you can imagine for a small excercise to a full workout with trainers available. Extremely clean and even private rooms to join a class or workout alone at your own pace. I strongly recommend that you give it a look before joining any other gym!?

Nice selection of machines. Not crowded as the clientel is elderly. Very peaceful for the same reason. Unfortunately the hospital is closing it on March 24 and sending patrons to the YMCA to cut costs.

If I could give this place 1000000 stars I would!! I’m VERY picky when it comes to my gyms and I don’t mind paying for higher quality! Before moving here I was a member for years at a private veteran owned gym where there was NO wait for machines and it was a clean beautiful gym with everyone being welcoming and friendly! I was skeptical about anyone measuring up to it. After moving here and trying 3 other gyms, I happened to make a wrong turn and came across this gem!!
