Trash. Website does not work. No one answers the phone. No one will call you back. No one will email you. They routinely lose tests, mismanage samples, compromise samples. You do not want to get tested using their services if you actually care about your health or if you want results back in less than a month. That’s right, they operate in months, not weeks. What’s the point?
Cannot get through to get COVID results! They confirm they have results in since Wednesday but their online patient portals do not work and you cannot get through via phone.
