Just completed the roof replacement at my home in Winter Park. Very pleased with the job done and the timeliness and communication effort on the part of David Lundberg Roofing. The office stayed on top of the schedule, kept me informed every step to affirm plans, or communicate any deviations, no matter how small. The job was started on time and finished as planned. I received a call from the office at the start of the second day, just to make sure any questions I might have were answered, and to assure that I was happy with the progress of the work. What an incredibly talented company all the way around! From the first call to the final inspection. They delivered on every promise and timeline. The most impressive thing to me is that the owner, David, actually took the time on a couple of occasions to get on the roof and inspect the work himself. Very personable guy. The crew were skilled and clean. They went over the yard three times to make sure nails were gone.
