I went in to the photo lab area today to pick up an order. While there I was helped by Julissa. She was so sweet, calm and patient with me. She applied a coupon to my order saving me 50%. She helped navigate how to use the self help copying machines. ? She then offered me a bag to keep the papers tidy. I came into the store with anxiety but left feeling at peace. These kinda experiences keep me coming back.

I called in this morning with questions about printing, Mark was very informative and walked me through the process. My prints were ready within two hours. His customer service, knowledge and willingness to help is a 10/10! Thanks again, Mark!

A BIG SHOUT OUT for Mrs. Amber. Thank you very much. I would like management to know that a person like her is a great asset for the company. She went above and beyond to help us find an specific product we needed????????????after I had asked the cashier (sorry I dont remember his name) also helped. We found everything we needed and prices where good. Thank you!!!
