Ian and Roxy are two awesome, wonderful people who run an incredible gym. After one lesson you know there is something special about this place. Ian is a master motivator. My boxing sessions with him have literally changed my life. He has that uncanny ability to push you to that optimal training point you can build from. I’ve made amazing progress and give him a lot of credit.
The Factory is an awesome boutique gym which offers exceptional personal attention from Roxy and Ian. I love Roxy’s women group classes as each day contains different exercises to work on various parts of the body. Roxy is so encouraging and always keeps an eye on me to ensure that I’m doing the exercises correctly. I always walk out of the gym tired but feeling great.
I’ve been coming to the Factory for two years now post having second child. Ian and Roxy have both helped me getting stronger mentally and physically. The experience they have combined gives a totally body workout and something new to look forward to every time I go. I recently added on doing boxing with Ian and that was a game changer. Roxys morning classes give me support in all the right places if you know what I mean, every woman should do her class at least once a week. The level of service you get here compared to any other gym is next to none. I recommend to anyone, any age, and stage of life!
