Sani Effect is the best in South Florida, I have used them many times for my home, my parents home and currently for our new home and I recommended them to everyone I know. They are professional, timely, caring, and get the issue taken care of fast. I just used their superior services this summer for our home and they took care of the air sampling, discovered the water leak issue, created a detailed plan, fixed the issues, completed mold remediation and went above and beyond to get the job done right. I have used this company many times and the service and response times are fantastic! They are careful and think through the solution to receive the best outcome. I am very happy with this company.
The best! So friendly, professional, and thorough. I had a mold issue in my bathroom, called Sani and they came same day to inspect. They did a very thorough inspection of full apartment, and returned next business day to do a deep cleaning of entire apartment - all dust, mold, allergens, etc. They found mold in 2 other places that I was unaware of and had everything taken care of same day. Also gave me recs for maintenance and products I could buy (not from them) to help maintain.
