Please people do not take your animal here until reading this review carefully !!!!I brought my 15month old Bengal cat to Dr. Baker on 05/31/2022. He got bit by another cat which resulted in a very bad infection. He was in very rough shape so I allowed her to take him back to examine him. dr baker and her team took him to the back and kept him over night. Pumped him with 8 different medications. I have pictures and videos of him right before I brought him here. We were told they'd text us the next morning with an update. At 10:30 am we didn't receive an update so we called. They told us our cat was doing better than when we brought him in but dr baker and the team were taking our cats vitals and would call us back with an official update. We receive no call so we call back at 3:30pm. We were told they were sorry and understaffed but again that our cat was much better, alert, eating, but that he was losing his eyesight. as long as they could get the infection under control, there was a 50/50 chance his eyesight would come back and that it was okay for us to pick him up at 6 pm. At 5:30 they called to remind us to pick him up. We arrived at 6:00pm to pick him up. As soon as Abigail brought him out we could tell immediately he was in worse shape than before. Multiple workers assured us he was doing better but he obviously was not. Abigail debated with my husband about his health. When we brought him he was in bad shape, but was able to stand, hear, see, eat, and was alert. I have a video of him within the hour before bringing him. when she brought him out, he could not stand, could not hear, see, or was not alert. It was obvious he wasn't doing better. Abigail again debated that Smokey was doing better.Since they are the professionals, we listened to her tell us what we needed to do in regards to replacing his drain tube and administering the medication they sent us home with. We took him home, put him in a room, and within 20 minutes he passed. I have a video of his breathing shortly before his passing. Dr baker didn't have the decency to come speak with us. She still has yet to face us. They sent us home with 5 meds to give him. My husband went into the office himself and asked to speak to Rebecca, Abigail, and Dr. Baker "all of the people who were involved in telling us our cat was doing better" but they were not working and he spoke to Dr.F. Dr F looked at the records and also noticed no blood work was done and admitted he was also baffled considering this was an infection involving the blood stream. My husband asked, how did us as the clients know our cat was in worse shape and possibly dying, yet the trained professional Veterinarian who went to school for a decade did not know. DR. F was very apologetic, my husband then went on to show him the video we took of our cat the hour before we took him to the office and then showed the video we took of him when we brought him home, as the Dr seen the video and the cats breathing he said he had Labored breathing and should have never been sent home and that he would call Dr. Baker and get answers and find out if any negligence took place.... Dr baker and her team did not have the decency to take the proper steps, give him blood work, make sure they were giving him the right medicine, she also gave us no indication he would not make it through the night and we were told by 3 separate people he was doing better and we could take him home, Instead, she racked on as much as she could and sent us on our way. Tonight all Dr Baker did was sent an email stating that we could no longer bring our animals here. How cruel and heartless. She took no accountability for not giving blood work, no answer for why blood work was not done, and no explanation for why we were told he was doing better then when we dropped him off but CLEARLY HE WAS NOT. After telling us this, they said no further communication is necessary. They killed our baby and kicked us to the curb. Dr. F at least had the decency to be apologetic to my husband in person and admit something was of

PLEASE DO NOTTT take your animal to Bakers Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Baker and her staff is the worst. Brought my Bengal here w/ an infection to his blood and they did no blood work, kept him over night, put 8 different types of medicine in him, told me the next day he was doing better and to pick him up at 6pm, went to pick him up and expressed that he looked worst, they debated and said I was wrong, I swear to God to u all that I took my cat home "10minute car ride" put him in the house and with in 20 minutes my 15month old Bengal was dead. Dr. Baker will not contact me regarding why no blood work, X-rays, or any test we're done, why my cat possibly died so quick NOTHING, No RESPONSE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY , instead she only sent me a generic email stating to find a new veterinarian. No accountability what so ever. I have videos of the hour before I brought my cat to them and the last 10 minutes of his life to prove he was doing worst upon pick up. Please write me if you have any further suggestions on more I can do to hold this office accountable for the malapractice my animal received.

I've been taking my pup here for doggy daycare for over 2 years. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I work full time and my dog is very high energy so leaving her home alone for 8+ hours a day was really a challenge. Palm Beach Pet Hotel & Spa has been a lifesaver for us. We love them!
