Emily is the best!! Followed her from a different studio. Trust her 100% for all waxing needs! She's friendly, quick, clean and has a great & loving personality! Never had any issues at all! She communicates when there are changes and always ensures we receive the best service possible! Love her! You'll never want to go to anyone else. I've recommended her to several friends !

First experience at kl wax studio and first experience getting wax. Sidney is awesome great customer services. Awesome with making the customer feel comfortable and overcome wax fear. She took her time explaining everything about the wax process. Matter fact she was honest about the wax process. She made me feel welcomed she keep a smile through whole process. She answered all the thousand questions that I asked.very friendly and polite. The environment and clean and calm I love it. Ask for Sidney she is awesome
