I recently stayed at the Hyatt West Palm Beach, and my experience was truly exceptional, largely thanks to Junie at the front desk. During my stay, I needed some Motrin for a headache, and Junie went above and beyond to assist me quickly and kindly. Her genuine care didn't stop there. The next morning, when I needed some change, she was right there, ready to help with the same cheerful attitude. It's rare to find someone who consistently provides such outstanding customer service. Everything was great from start to finish. Highly recommend this place if staying in West Palm Beach. I will definitely stay again if given the opportunity when I'm in town.
The beds were so soft and comfy as well! I slept like a baby
We had a wonderful stay. All of the front desk agents were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of food each day (we stayed 3). Both bartenders, Fernanda and Dean, were amazing. Great to talk to and served tasty drinks. We stopped by each night for a night cap and they took care of us well. Much love from your Austin peeps
