The WORST LEASING EXPERIENCE!My two year lease in a high priced house with this company is the worst in my life!I sold my home in Port St. Lucie, and my realtor and I were unable to find a home by closing.I ended up leasing/renting a house in Vero Lake Estates in Sebastian, Fl., from One Sothebys International Realty in Vero Beach, Florida.I moved into a brand new Maronda home, for a very high monthly lease.The ONLY positive to the home was that it was new, though I would never purchase a home from Maronda after living in one of their homes for two years.There were no window treatments, no shelving in the laundry room, and it was one issue after another for the two years...read full review

I get robocalls from "The Elliots" a couple of times a week to sell my property. I keep all of them. The interesting thing is that the phone number they are calling was only provided to my HOA for local use. How did they get it? Hmmmm. Why would anybody use them?

I fired this outfit about a year ago. Wasted a lot of my time bringing me offers for a Vero Beach home that were not bona fide. Rather than go peacefully, they forced me to take legal action. Their lawyer was a real piece of work, too. Used another broker who found a real buyer the first weekend. There are plenty of qualified brokers who won't j*** you around. If you're thinking about using Southeby's, think again.
