Back In Form Physical Therapy

Attended Physical Therapy there in the last 6 months after having two total knee replacements done. Cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism starting at the desk to all the therapist. They are well organized and on point when developing their plan of care for your recovery. Would like to say kudos to Shannon, Lindsey and Doreen for pushing me thru the recovery of both of my knees, they are the bomb. Can't recommend them enough!!!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend this physical therapy group. I have attended several physical therapy practices for my neck pain, Back In Form is the only practice that provided me with relief. Every member of their staff in friendly and approachable. You are greeted with a smile. Sarah listened to me and tailored my routine accordingly. She treated me as a person not just another client.

Micheal and Doreen were fantastic 2 weelks and so so much better gave me exercises to do st home and I graduated today.the whole staff was wonderful and special thanks to receptionist who dealt with my always late pick ups definitely the place to go
