I have been to the Salt Grotto a few times now for different services and each one has been very beneficial. Sheila and her team are very professional and work hard to give you the most knowledge to help your body function better. I struggle from inflammation so they have been wonderful recommending which services will benefit me the most to achieve my health goals.

The Salt Grotto and it’s owner Sheila Alba is amazing!! Shan (one of the two massage therapists) is great too! She helps you relax and sometimes fall asleep (or almost!!) with the massage. My daughter and I went to the Salt Grottos salt therapy appt just this last week for the first time and was amazed at what just one appointment did for us! My daughter had COVID back in January and has still been having residual effects from it. After just one treatment with the salt therapy, she already said that she could actually smell better leaving the salon that she couldn’t smell on our way in! I visited The Salt Grotto because I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain—Honestly couldn’t tell you where it stemmed from but it was excruciatingly painful. After two back to back massages with Shan Kennedy my pain is gone. Shan also shared some simple exercises I can do at home. Side note: Shan’s touch is gentle and you’ll never want to leave that table!
