Sunday service was fast and efficient! The technician was super knowledgeable - he diagnosed the problem, installed the new part, and our air conditioner was running smoothly again within a few minutes. It's always scary when you need service on a Sunday - will someone actually show up and if they do will it be overpriced? But we have always heard excellent reviews about Alford AC and we were not disappointed! Highly recommend!!

Alford were amazing. Our technician, Chris was fast, efficient and took picture of the air handler unit as well as gave us options for potential replacement parts in the future. Highly recommend them for any AC HVAC work.

Amazing service! Called at 5:45pm that my a/c was not cooling, by 6pm a service tech was at my house, and by 6:30pm my house was cold again! They checked my system, didn't charge me an outrageous (afterhours) price, or try to sell me on anything. I would definitely recommend them.
