Chris Parks went above and beyond. I’ve been without AC for 3 days and the part needed wasn’t in stock at their local warehouse. Chris went and picked it up at another location instead of waiting the one to two days it would have taken to get it shipped. Very thankful my family and pets don’t have to suffer through another day of nearly 90° temps inside my house!
