Our water water drenched rug was picked up second week of December and were promised the rug would be finished the first week of January. I inquired at the end of the second week of January about our rug, I was told the rug would be delivered the following week. When our rug was delivered it was delivered damp and discolored as if it was just worked on after a month at their shop.

Very honest company to deal with. I had two rugs cleaned by Alex very fare price, my dog made a mess on my runner carpet Alex cleaned like new. Both carpets I brought back from my deployment from Afghanistan paid good money for them both. Very satisfied with the end result.
