They are very courteous and friendly. My son had lost his glasses and order them over the phone. They looked at his previous order and called me to tell me they found glasses with the same specs and all my son had to do was to try on new frames. They gave us the glasses in 30 minutes. The usual time is about a week. They could have waited the whole week as I expected but instead they looked in their stock and help my son get his glasses sooner. He was super happy as he could see again.
