“Stubbs is now excellent. Prior we had them install gutter guards that didn't work as advertised and promised by a sales representative. After allowing time to make sure we were correct we contacted them to come out and look at what was installed. After inspection it was decided they were the indeed the incorrect guards. Stubbs set up a time to come out and installed the correct ones. No hassle, no mess and we are very pleased with them. I would recommend them for your next project.“

“Tadlock has many sales reps and installation crews so this review is based on our sales rep, Dan Bennett, and the installation crew headed by Brian.Dan Bennett did an excellent job estimating the job, preparing me for possible additional charges for such items as rusted flashing replacement and rotten plywood decking. He took pictures of potential problem areas to document existing conditions. He went over the estimate two times to give me the best price.Our installation crew leader, Brian, treated his workers as a good crew leader should, and his workers worked incredibly hard and efficient for him. They did not let an hour long down pour stop them from finishing in one day and worked late to do so. They took pictures of all roof decking that they replaced so there was no question of the extra charges. Brian utilized his master carpenter skills to replace some siding in a difficult spot. I live in Alaska and chose PRO after scrambling, getting bids and cursing my insurer for such short notice. I cannot say enough nice things about these folks. From start to finish they were reassuring, competent, professional and meticulous. Despite an intervening storm, PRO helped me squeak by the deadline including all permitting, inspections and paperwork.“

“After the ten year warranty expired we had serious leakage and contacted the original roofer. He charged us $700 for repairs that did not fix the problem. We called Arnold based on a recommendation from a friend. Terry came out immediately and gave us a quote of $1300 which we thought was high but we took the bid anyway. They fixed the problem. I've taken off one star because I think they are a bit high but you get what you look pay for. They're good people!!!“
