Jim Crosby plumbing had to come out to my property on very late notice to stop a pressing leak issue. They were super communicative and informative. They fixed the leak immediately and gave me a quote for some other work I needed at my house. Thank you! We love you guys.

Very good experience. Person the phone when I called was very polite and professional. Told me that everyone was on another job at the moment but they would get to me today. Called 30 minutes before they got here to let me know they were on their way. Worked on the cleanout for awhile and then hooked up a machine. The machine was not working and he said they might have to come back in the morning but he did keep trying and did get it cleared. Charge was $120 which is what they had quoted me. No trying to sell me other services like some reviewers have complained about with other companies. Would definitely use them again.
