Kool Air Company operates and services AC and more close to me. I have witnessed them helping people with AC problems sometimes after hours via golf cart. I contracted them a couple of years ago to replace my out door unit. Perfectly sized and efficient. The business owner is very modest but outstanding in every way. Is quite knowledgeable about home maintenance in general and always recommends the best equipment. One personal story is when I was in the hospital we had a leak inside our home and Travis was available to evaluate the situation. He and his son voluntarily stopped the leak and cleaned up a big mess. We are grateful. You can’t buy that kind of friendship.

I would HIGHLY Travis of Kool Air and More!
Travis was working a job and called me back within 5 minutes of leaving a voicemail. He listened to my home A/C issue and put an action plan together over the phone to get our house back up and blowing cold air. He was able to squeeze me into their tight schedule and was at my house within 3 hours of my original call.
Travis arrived well within the window he advised and got right to work, quickly running some test and discovering the root cause of my issue, which was a bad capacitor. He had a brand new one in the van and swapped out the old one for the new one. Within no time, the system... read full review

After a week without AC and dealing with a non-affiliated AC contractor, I turned to Kool Air and had the AC resolved; and under Warranty!!!! Great and timely service!!! Thanks Travis
