We’ve used Phillips three times now. The thing I value the most is the firsthand contact (no call centers or runaround) and the fact that they have always gotten to us the same day. They also explain everything so you know what you’re paying for and what they’re doing. Really personable and really efficient.
Outstanding company and service! They showed up on time, discussed my unit and any concerns I had, give me insight on preventative work to ensure that my AC is running great and were just overall friendly and supportive! Highly recommend them, I won’t go with anybody else!
