Starting from the call to the service line to the septic pump out, everything was very efficient. I was happy to be able to speak to someone after 5:00 pm and schedule a clean out when most septic places are closed. Victor and his helper were very friendly and explained the process well and was very easy to work with. The pricing was very reasonable and better than other companies I called. I definitely recommend this company for routine septic tank pumping. Overall a great experience!
I was hesitant about calling Duck because of some bad reviews but I couldn't get anyone else to answer the phone. I was scheduled for 1 pm. they called at 12 and said they would be here in 30 min. Went right to work, cleaned the filter and all covered up in about 45 min. Told me the price and was gone. Excellent service, ahead of schedule at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them.
