Ed and Randy both did a good job of diagnosing the problem and accomplishing the necessary repairs in a timely manner. We would highly recommend family heating and air conditioning.
Had our AC maintenance visit today and Jesse was great. He suggested the UV light for the unit as there was some mold & corrosion starting to appear on the 2-year-old unit. Not unusual for a dark damp environment. I was efficient, kind and genuinely cared about the job he was doing. He cleaned up behind himself and was a genuine pleasure to deal with.
I’ve been with Family Heating and Air for a couple of years and are part of their annual maintenance program. They are always timely, good communication and do a thorough job. They may offer to replace our unit when responding to service calls but it is a 10 y/o unit and has been a bit needy the past couple of years. When I request they repair it, that’s exactly what they do. Jonathan came out today as his first call despite my ac blower going out only last night. They offered to come out at 11pm but I figured we could survive the night. Come morning I called to see if they could come and I was told they were already on their way.
