Greetings, our technician Dylan Wade from JefCo Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, did a great job on the AC units at our home. We scheduled an HVAC Tune up and Service on two units. The communications from JefCo was very good including the tracking that was made available to us via text messages. We found Dylan to be a polite, respectful, hardworking individual who was very detailed in the service he was performing to the AC units inside and outside our home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Every person I came in contact with from beginning to end was wonderful. I do want to do a special shout out to Darlene (Office) and Dee (Technician). Both of them have exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. They're very pleasant to work with and very good at what they do. I'm very happy with the HVAC system they installed And the price that I was charged with military discount. WELL DONE TEAM!!!
I have used this company for two HVAC replacements. My condo units were unique systems. I had contacted others to quote the first one with no luck giving me options. As soon a a reached out to them they were knowledgable of what was needed and my options. It was great experience very honest people. Just to add I am a licensed HVAC contractor in another state. So my level of expectations is set high and they are great.
