If you are looking for a caring, organized and highly efficient and capable funeral home for one of your most important needs, look no further. The staff members at Yates Funeral Home were superb! Tom was unbelievably kind, compassionate and attended to our every need for my dad’s funeral. I have never felt so comfortable during an obviously uncomfortable and painful time. Tom made everything so easy, he explained everything perfectly, we had no hiccups and my dad was laid to rest in the most respectful and honoring way possible. I had such a beautiful experience with yates they made it respectful easy and very family friendly. I made pre arranged services for my father and mother unfortunately my dad passed away sooner than anticipated but he made it to 95. Yates communicated with me through our the process and always sympathetic and warm. Thank you for the services.
My uncle prepaid for his cremation expenses when he moved to the area. He wasn’t ill. He just wanted to be proactive. He had no issues with that process, and when it came time for him to be cremated a year later, we had no issues getting everything done. Yates was pleasant and professional to work with. Would highly recommend.
