Absolutely loved it! I’m very picky/hesitant going to salons, as there’s not too many salons in this area that knows how to handle my hair texture. But Ms.Karen & Ms.Jen were very gentle with my hair and not rough at all(which is a plus for me because my scalp is sensitive).The vibes were very relaxing, and everyone is so nice! I had previously dyed my hair back in 2021 and it got severely damaged, I had explained to Ms.Karen that I was a bit hesitant.
