Assured AC was top notch. From the diagnosis, through the work, and the customer, they were excellent on all counts. The owner responded to me immediately, they did what they said they would, were extremely polite and sensitive to client needs, and the work quality was superior. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for all my future AC needs.

I had another company sent out by my home warranty who completely screwed the job up. The other company left my kids and I with only heat coming from our ACunit in 90 degree weather. My home warranty provider gave the job to this new company and they IMMEDIATELY contacted me. The technician was prompt, professional and took the time to explain the issue with my system. He ensure everything was functioning correctly before leaving. I would NEVER use another company I them locked in my phone and even if my home warranty wants to use another company I’ll pay out of my own pocket to use this company as they are definitely customer and quality focused.Service: A/C system...read full review
