Initial phone call answered promptly (rather than immediately being put on hold for a typically extended period of time, while being forced to listen to traditionally obnoxious music in the background). Alex showed up on time as scheduled, and was found to be very polite, personable and efficient. He vacuumed thoroughly behind dryer when finished, retrieved several items which had apparently fallen behind dryer, plus went on to explain what to look for to indicate future need for duct cleaning. Price very reasonable. Will most definitely be using this company again for future needs. Would highly recommend!

These guys were great. Showed up bright and early right on schedule. Had the job done in a couple hours. They were knowledgeable and professional! You could tell they enjoyed their job! Was a positive experience and will recommend to others

Chucks Ducts came to do my Mother's condo today. On time and extremely professional. After the initial inspection, it was determined that her air ducts and dryer vent were clean. They did not charge her a dime for coming to her condo. Talk about honesty, they could have ripped her and walked away. I have used them in the past and would recommend them to everyone looking to get their a/c ducts cleaned.
