I recently signed up for a maintenance from Creeks. They were super nice when they set it up and had their technician named Tristan out right on time. I had a few concerns because I hadn't done any maintenance in over a year. He was very thorough really made sure my AC was running great before he left. He even gave me a couple good options and let me know the cost, but wasn't pushy at all, just educational. Thanks Creeks, I definitely signed up for the Maintenance Plan which is a great value.
We've used Creeks A/C service multiple times now for our older ranch style home that requires 2 A/C units. Each time they have been prompt, efficient, and honest. Each time we've been happy with the service and the fair pricing. Recently they made a visit to fix an A/C problem that was consuming a large amount of electricity. The initial visit was a simple fix and low cost that seemed to resolve the issue. However after a couple days, it was clear the A/C was still consuming a large amount of electricity and froze up completely. Needed a new a/c system. Creeks came, gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and at a great price. TJ worked hard all day and had it installed and working in 1 day. Can’t say enough about this company. Highly recommend!!!Services: A/C system maintenance
