I went to Broward Mall Cohen's. The present owner, Roger, is amazing. He does everything he can to make sure his customers are happy. It's my favorite place to get my glasses.

I NVR take the time to write reviews(which might be bad) but this experience really made me want to write one. The customer service from the moment I called to the moment I walked out made me feel like I was their only patient. The young men assisting him are very pleasant and professional.I was surprised that the doctor(Dr.Eisenberg) didn't rush through my exam dispite the fact tht it was a BUSY SUNDAY. Yes, he was even there on a Sunday. He's gentle, professional and very detail oriented. I will be recommending this place if I ever overhear someone talking about seeing an optician. First time getting glasses and they took great care of me quick and easy for a great price. And after I received my glasses these were high quality glasses made it's was unbelievable. I definitely recommend.
