Kimberly was probably the most polite customer service/office staff person I've ever spoken to, and their tech in the field did an amazing job as well. They were incredibly informative, have great pricing, and made our company and the customer feel like we were in great hands the entire way through. Prokool without a doubt has earned our business moving forward, I cannot thank you all enough.
