My experience here at L.A. Nails was by far one of my worst experiences ever! I only stopped by because this was the only place that I could make in time before they closed. I got a full acrylic set about a week ago and From the moment I sat flags everywhere. I was told my design was too hard for the tech to do although she’s been doing nails for 10 years! She verbalized to me that I need to pick a simpler design because she didn’t “feel”‘ like doing it. I was also only given two acrylic color options after I said multiple times that I wanted a nude acrylic, she gave me clear instead BUT Low and behold they had a PLETHORA of different dip full review

One star is too many. Just got the worst set of my life done last night. And just like the others I’ve now seen, I was too scared to even ask them to fix it because I don’t believe they could’ve. I will be going first thing in the morning to get my money back so that maybe another salon can actually fix this horrible work. I’m so disappointed. I do so few nice things for myself. I cried the entire way home and then some. They’re so thick and uneven and and crooked. I can’t even file through them to try and straighten them up because of how thick and misshapen they are. I’m disgusted.

Would not recommend getting a full set in dip here. The set I got was so bad, I was uncomfortable even asking for them to fix it. They're uneven in thickness, crooked, and a complete mess. These photos don't even do justice to the poor quality of the set I got.
