We called Mr. Krol's office needing locks changed right before a holiday, and none the less in the very late afternoon. After explaining what we needed done and the reason for our rush, he asked our location. He was able to be at our office in 30 minutes. Very reasonable priced and the service was excellent. If you ever need a service he provides you can not go wrong with calling Krol Safe and Lock!
