Sorry - got no message from you on phone. Don't know where you left message but I assume it was some misunderstanding but it was sure unpleasant. And this happened certainly before the Groupon expired. But no one responded to our messages on phone. We were much looking forward to the experience. F Groupon was kind enough to reimburse us.

Awful customer service. I bought a Groupon in December for a couples massage. When I initially tried to make an appointment they advised they couldn't accept my Groupon because they were having issues with Groupon... I got a phone call back stating all was well that they had made amends with Groupon... Now, just a few days before my scheduled appointment, my day of MUCH needed relaxation, I get an email saying the Groupon WILL NOT be accepted. I make a phone call asking about this and I'm told that is correct. I will have to pay the $85 I paid for the couples massage to them... When their website advertises a couples massage for $65?!?!?!
