My wife had an issue with a piercing she received from a “highly reputable” shop in Atlanta (big mistake). AAI staff were not only professional about fixing it, they made us feel like we were friends for years. I honestly cannot tell you that I have seen any better customer service in any industry. I didn’t get a tattoo there, but I have a significant amount of ink. When I get more, they will be where I will get it done!

❤️Highly recommend this awesome shop!! Got my eyebrow ring changed today, by Josh. I was very impressed with the affordable, professional, clean, helpful and friendly service from the staff and beautiful selection of jewelry. I left the shop smiling, it's my new go-to for piercing needs and supplies. I've been to 3 other shops in Pensacola but I highly recommend this one as the BEST in the area. So happy!❤️

This was my 4th tattoo there and I will be back EVERY ARTIST and I've had 4 is professional detailed respectful and friendly. The owners are amazing, the whole place is a family atmosphere and I took my son for his first tattoo there too. Prices are very much on point for the work you get and quality. I will say I waited for my artist to come in on this tattoo and it was frustrating but they came over and said they wanted me w an artist who this was her style. Everyone there is about comfort and making you feel like you are the only person there. This tattoo is on my thigh/ bum area and I wanted her drapes drawn bc I don't want everyone seeing me and she w more than okay...read full review
