As a small business owner I took pride in establishing a relationship with this company, the owner is a very nice man and very helpful however when he is not in the picture, i have had to deal with snobby assistants who speak to me as if I were annoying or they were frustrated with me for asking questions which made me feel as if i'm not important enough. Being that they are a big company I can understand that my small business holds no weight in their eyes but how can I grow if this is the help that I am receiving. Staff needs client sensitivity training, you can't make clients feel bad for wanting to be informed about their business. This is not a bad review but just...read full review
I have been a client of Moyal Accounting for over 20 years. I have had only positive experiences with this firm. Very professional and most of all they deliver as promised. I recommend them very highly.
