Our water heater failed for the second time in four years. Since it was under an extended warranty from the "punctual" plumbers with the square blue trucks, we called them. Never again! We sent them away and called Ray at South Shore. This was the day that Hurricane Ian was heading ashore and no one knew how bad it was going to be on the Treasure Coast, but Ray came out that afternoon and installed a hybrid water heater. We were thrilled with his availability, his work, his professionalism, and the pricing. We suspected the other guys cut a lot of corners and Ray confirmed it. Our new water heater is the bee's knees!
