I came to Donna hoping to have my color fixed from a different place. She was very friendly over the phone and got me in the same day. She was able to get me to the color I originally wanted and did a great job of explaining what she was doing with my hair. I came back the next day and she did some finishing touches to get me the exact look I wanted. I plan on coming back to Donna for my future colors!Service: Hair coloring

Donna took such good care of me and my boring brown hair. I walked out of there feeling like a new woman! Donna did exactly what I wanted for a cut and the color is absolutely amazing. I have received so many compliments. So happy I found Tangles.

On the day I went there I had gone to 2 salons before I was just to the point of going anywhere because ut was an hour or more wait,it had been almost a year since I had my hair cut and i had a babysitter for my youngest and my other one was in vpk...so I called asked if they toke walk ins and then showed up 2 mins later and there was a person in front of me that over heard me asking if they could have me out in time to get my daughter in an hour and the woman let me go ahead of her an the woman that was cutting my hair got me in quick and I was very happy with my hair cut and she got me out even faster, I plan on going back the next time!
