Very professional. Talked to me about everything, & options. Made sure I knew about expenses, not covered by my insurance before doing it, which has not been my experience the past few years. Everyone was courteous, & helpful. Much better than the office in Sanford, on 1st street. Wonderful visit in Oviedo office.
Had an appointment for 9:00 AM, but was not seen until 9:30 AM. Not happy with the fact that they charge for item not covered by Insurance. The actual cleaning for what I went in for, did not start till 10 o’clock. I only had an hour from work before I needed to return. Obviously I was late. The technicians did a good job. Just not happy with the dental Companies policies. May decide not to go back.
When I went to Greenberg Dental I was very happy with the service I got, the doctor was very professional and helpful also the staff were very professional and friendly, I would recommend my family and friends to Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics
