Victor did a very thorough job on the maintenance of my AC and heater! He cleaned out the inside and outside carefully and rinsed out the drain tubes. He showed me photos when he was done including the readings showing the systems were working properly.Employees like Victor have made me a loyal customer!
1/30/24Kevin arrived at the very front end of the “window” period. As with other Pro Tech techs, he was polite, courteous, professional and very friendly. He examined the unit inside and out, checked coolant pressure, vacuumed out the discharge line, changed the filter and checked the units cooling ability. As with every other encounter with Pro Tech, Kevin was an absolute gentleman and pleasure. We can’t say enough about this company and its personnel! We're so glad we decided to replace our old AC. Pro-Tech installed a new Trane. Our service pros William and Travis couldn't have been nicer. They were hard working professionals who were also friendly and very open to questions. Thx guys!
