I’ve been a loyal customer here for a couple years now. I’ve had some weird experiences before but i always gave them another chance because it’s close to my house and they do a pretty good job. Unfortunately their customer service is why I’m leaving this review. I get the SNS dip nails and this is my second time picking a color and getting a completely different color. When I asked if she could fix it she offered to just use regular nail polish and paint over it.. I asked if they could give me a discount for the inconvenience and she charged me $40 instead of $45 (I’m pretty sure I’ve paid $40 every time I’ve gotten it done) and she was not very nice when...read full review

Great experience! Loann is wonderful. She always does a wonderful job on my nails and pedicures. I took my husband for Father’s Day for a Deluxe pedicure. He loved it. Thank you Loann!

Mary is always so so good, I would rate her 5 stars. However, the other times I've gone & I've gotten other nail techs, my nails were not so good. Amy (the one that picks up the phones) is also really good too.Service: Acrylic nails
